Bila start cuti semester,
perkara yg paling buat aku risau bila aku banyak makan,
and gain weight laa jawabnya!
Huk aloh, kalau aku kurus takpa,
Tapi now aku berisi tu yang payah tu
Hehehee
So aku rasa aku dah find out d correct ways to lose weight..
Firstly,
SWIMMING
Good points : Semua muscles kita bergerak so automatic " chicken wing " tu boleh jadi " bird wing " hehe
Bad points : Need to wear swimming suit, Oh bikini ke? Sorry Im not a sexy girl and dont want to show too much skin.
AEROBICS
Good Points : Dapat melancarkan peredaran darah dgn betul dan lancar.
Bad Points : I'm such a jerk when I do de "setarjam"! ( star jump )
SELF DEFENSE ACTIVITY
Good Points : Get rid of aggression. Bullying kids. Haha
Bad Points : I will pull very scary faces. Its awkward! Better dont do lah Haha ( just like this cat )
YOGA
Good Points : Relax while listening to d music and its bendy time!
Bad Points : Ok I know badan aku not flexible enough so Hey, Im getting stuck!
JOGGING
Good points : One of d best ways to exercise! and cuci mata sekali =P
Bad points : Makes my boobs jiggle and lastly Im goin back and watching movies. Haha
So d conclusion is, aku nak DIET jela. HAHAHA
